On the 4th day after the earthquake off the southern coast of Taiwan, the Internet service is still not working properly.
Still can't get MSN Messenger going and naturally the Hotmail is down. Thankfully GMail is back.
According to the officials, the damages are worse than first thought of.
WSJ and NY Times are still working.
